Common use of Group Life Plan Clause in Contracts

Group Life Plan. The Corporation shall provide the Union with a minimum of sixty (60) calendar days’ notice of any change of carrier providing Group Life coverage. The Corporation shall review annually with the Union the status of their Group Life Plan and any surpluses generated by the Plan experience shall be utilized to provide a premium holiday for both the Corporation and employees in accordance with current cost sharing of premiums unless other arrangements mutually satisfactory to the parties can be reached.
