GROUP SIZE. The maximum number of occupants allowed per property is listed in the property description. Maximum capacity applies to any given time, such as during a gathering of people at the property that includes guests that are not staying overnight. In the event that the maximum capacity has been exceeded, occupancy may be terminated without a refund. Any reservation obtained under false pretense will be subject to forfeiture of reservation deposit, damage deposit, and/or balance of rental payment.
GROUP SIZE a. To participate in a Learn with the Lords Online session, you must have a minimum group size of 10 students.

No refunds will be issued, so please be sure to state on the form your group size in order for us to plan the correct animals and presenters for your program request.
