Protective Clothing Allowance. 15.2.1 Where an Employee is directed to wear appropriate protective clothing or a uniform, the Employer will purchase and bear the cost of such items.
Protective Clothing Allowance. The District will purchase gloves deemed as personal protection, exclusive of cold weather clothing.
Protective Clothing Allowance. 11.10.1 When an employee is called upon to work in water or rain, the employer shall reimburse the employee for the cost of purchasing:
11.10.2 Reimbursement does not apply where the above items are paid for by the employer, issued in good and clean condition, and replaced on a fair, wear and tear basis.
11.10.3 The loss of protective clothing provided by the employer, due to the neglect or misuse by the employee shall be charged against their wages, provided that no charge shall be made in respect of reasonable wear and tear.
Protective Clothing Allowance. Each employee will receive a one-time payment of $1,000 in July 2019 to purchase supplemental protective clothing for working in various outdoor inclement weather conditions.
Protective Clothing Allowance. Where the Employer requires the employee to wear protective clothing as stipulated by the relevant law operating in Victoria, the Employer must reimburse the employee for the cost of purchasing such special clothing. The provisions of this clause will not apply where the Employer supplies such items without cost to the employee.

Protective Clothing Allowance. 30.1 An officer engaged on work which requires the provision of protective clothing shall be provided with the requisite protective clothing, with the laundering costs for such protective clothing being at the expense of the Commission. Provided that nothing contained in this clause shall affect the obligations of the Commission to provide clothing pursuant to the Occupational Safety and Health Xxx 0000.
Protective Clothing Allowance. The Company agrees to pay the three hundred dollars ($300.00) annually to each non-probationary employee for the purpose of a personal protective clothing allowance. Personal protective equipment provided for in this article shall be limited to coats, parkas and safety boots which meet the standards of the Canadian Standards Association. Such payments shall be made available on the 1st day of June in each contract year.
Protective Clothing Allowance. The Company will supply employees with protective equipment in accordance with occupational health and safety standards. The Company will supply one pair of boots per annum to employees engaged in the Colour Kitchen and Xxxxxxxx.
Protective Clothing Allowance. Employees (other than Emergency Early Education Teacher/Pre-School Playleaders) shall be paid an allowance of 83 cents per day or part thereof effective from the day seven days after the date of approval of this Agreement by Fair Work Australia, or provided with suitable protective clothing in lieu thereof. Where the employer provides protective clothing such clothing shall be laundered at the expense of the employer. The allowance referred to in this clause shall be payable in respect to days actually worked in the program without deduction for public holidays occurring within the pre-school terms as determined by the Department of Education and Early Childhood Development (the “Education Department”). Where protective clothing is provided in lieu of payment by the employer such protective clothing shall remain the property of the employer and shall be replaced by the employer when unserviceable. Where an employer provides protective clothing, such protective clothing shall be returned to the employer upon request on termination.
