GSA. The Industrial Operations Analyst (IOA) generally conducts Contractor Assistance Visits (CAVs) at mid- term and end of the contract term. The CAV is a review of the contractor’s processes to meet Federal Supply Schedule contract requirements. CAV Question (new in late 2010) – Was an order(s) placed by a GSA contractor for a Government Federal Government and fulfilled by a Federal Supply Schedule contractor?
GSA. General Security Agreement over all of the assets and undertaking of the Borrower and each corporate Guarantor, if any.

GSA. Offerings purchased or licensed under Xxxxxxx’x United States General Services Administration ("GSA") Schedules are subject to all of the pricing and other terms and conditions described in the applicable GSA Schedule.
GSA. All delivery orders exceeding $100,000, including any amendment to a delivery order that will cause it to exceed $100,000, shall be submitted to the Contracting Officer for approval. If the Contracting Officer determines that placement of the order is in the best interest of the Government, the Contracting Officer shall authorize the ordering Official as appropriate, in writing, to issue the delivery order.
GSA. 1. Shall adhere to all 8(a) BD Program requirements identified in FAR 19.8 and 13 CFR § Part 124;

The Insurance carrier will be required to notify the company of any decision to terminate the GS&A benefits of an employee prior to the proposed termination date to permit further consideration of the claim before benefits are terminated. Information received by the employee and company i.e. Termination of GS&A benefits will be sent to the President. GS&A benefits will continue to be paid to an employee until the employee is notified by registered letter. Where the employee is notified by registered letter the GS&A benefit will cease Two (2) days after the date the registered letter is mailed. When an employee claim for GS&A benefits is disqualified the company will inform the President.
