Guest Conduct. Students are responsible and financially accountable to the University for the presence and conduct of anyone invited to visit or in whose visit the student has acquiesced.

Guest Conduct. Students are responsible and financially accountable to the University for the presence and conduct of anyone invited to visit or in whose visit the student has acquiesced. This is true not only when they are there by the student’s explicit invitation but also when they are there simply with the student’s acquiescence in their presence. This section does not apply to the conduct of an assigned roommate unless such conduct occurred jointly, concurrently, in concert, or by common plan or design with the student, or was ratified by the student after the fact. Further policies and regulations regarding guests are outlined in Life on the Bluff. The University reserves the right to ban any guests from the residence halls.
Guest Conduct. The Renter is responsible for ensuring all guests adhere to the policies of the HOA. The Renter is also responsible for all damages, including damages caused by attendees. Financial responsibility for any and all damages, as determined by the Board of Directors and/or FirstService Residential, will be the sole responsibility of the Renter. Renter shall reimburse the association for any excess costs immediately upon notice of the amount due. Balances that remain unpaid will be charged to the homeowner’s/member’s account and could result in loss of amenity privileges. Guests are not allowed use of the fitness equipment during any and all events.

Guest Conduct. Renter understands that he/she is responsible for the proper conduct of his/her guests at all times while on the property of Saint Xxxxxxx de Sales. Children will be supervised at all times. Children will not be allowed to play or roam without adult supervision. No groups may congregate in the restrooms or hallways. Renter shall take all means necessary to make sure the Renter’s agent, employee, patrons, or guests use only the facilities for which rent is paid and prevent their use or entrance into other areas of the building, including, but not limited to, non-rented meeting rooms, offices, or other areas not specifically listed within this agreement. Renter agrees to abide by the number of people allowed in the room assigned. Exit doors must be kept clear during the event. No vehicles are permitted to park in any fire lane, at any time, or on any walkways. Ticket sales at the door will not be permitted without express written permission. Saint Xxxxxxx de Sales reserves the right to terminate any event without notice if the Renter breaches any of the provisions in this Agreement or if the Renter or any guests engage in any unlawful activity while on Saint Xxxxxxx de Sales property.

Guest Conduct. Guests may stay no longer than 7 consecutive nights at any given time. Residents are responsible and financially accountable to the University for the presence and conduct of anyone invited to visit or in whose visit the resident has acquiesced. Cancellations received 3 days prior to the rental date will receive a full refund of the rental fees paid. Cancellations received less than 3 days prior to the rental date will forfeit their rental fee. Cancellation notices MUST be submitted by email to the HOA office at xxxx@xxxxxxxxxxxxx.xxx. Refunds can take between 2-3 weeks to be received. (int) Food & Beverage Rentals include the ability to bring in food and beverage products. In the event alcoholic beverages are being served, the Association assumes no responsibility for any service to minors or incidents resulting from alcohol service during the rental.
