Guest LimitsYour Booking specifies the maximum permitted number of guests who are authorized to stay in the Accommodation during your Accommodation Period. If you allow more than the maximum number of people, regardless of age (infants included), to occupy or stay in the Accommodation, including via additional guest substitutions, you will be liable to pay a supplement of up to 100% of your effective daily rate for each unauthorized guest. For the avoidance of doubt, the maximum number of guests applies to all potential entrants, including, inter alia, overnight guests, day visitors, children, and infants.

Guest Limits. The maximum amount of person(s) authorized by You to be at the Premises shall be the number stated on your reservation confirmation, except for delivery persons (e.g., food providers, uber or taxi drivers) who promptly leave after such delivery or pick-up. These limitations apply regardless of whether such persons are staying the night or just visiting (“Visitors”). All guests (“Guests”) must be 18 years of age unless specifically agreed to in writing by Cactus Moon Retreat LLC . If a minor(s) is among the Guests, You acknowledge and agree that You are solely responsible for the supervision of the minor(s) throughout the duration of the stay, and You represent and warrant that you have read the GUEST RELEASE AND WAIVER provisions below and agree to such provisions on the minor’s behalf. You further represent and warrant that all other Guests or Visitors at the Premises have read and agreed to the application to such person(s) of the terms of this Agreement including, without limitation, the GUEST RELEASE AND WAIVER and the RULES AND REGULATIONS.

  • Bookings By making a booking the Guest offers to conclude an Accommodation Contract. In the case of appropriate availability of the booked room the Guest receives from Motel One a booking confirmation. Upon acceptance of the booking made by the Guest an Accommodation Contract is created between Motel One and the Guest. Motel One’s offers in relation to available rooms are non-binding and subject to change. Motel One can at its own discretion refuse the conclusion of an Accommodation Contact. There is no right to receive overnight accommodation in a particular room. Motel One retains the right to impose restrictions standard within the industry, such as minimum stays, booking guarantees or deposit payments for certain dates.

  • Fares and Travel Allowance All Employees shall be entitled to receive the fares and travel allowance as follows:

  • Time Off in Lieu of Overtime Employees who work overtime will not be required to take time off in regular hours to make up for overtime worked. Time off in lieu may be taken on a mutually agreed upon basis between the employee and the Hospital, such time off will be the equivalent of the premium rate the employee has earned for working overtime. The Hospital shall revert to payment of premium rate if time off is not taken within sixty (60) calendar days."

  • Travel Allowances There shall be no payments for travel expenses, travel time, subsistence allowance or other such reimbursements or special pay except as expressly set forth in this Agreement.
