Harassment Policy in Respect of Unifor Members. 43:01 Policy Harassment prohibited by the Ontario Human Rights Code including sexual harassment is offensive, degrading and threatening. The Employer and the Unifor do not tolerate any form of prohibited harassment. This letter applies to circumstances in which one bargaining unit member alleges harassment by another bargaining unit member.
