CMI Results. The Employer agrees to meet with the Union as part of the regular Labour Management Meeting to:  Review what the annual CMI and CMM are and the potential impact of these factors on staffing levels; and,  Discuss and receive suggestions about any actions that the Employer may be planning relating to the CMI results. It is understood and agreed that this process is consultative and that nothing in this letter is intended to inhibit any action the Employer may take consistent with the provisions of the Collective Agreement. It is further understood and agreed, however, that any agreement the parties reached pursuant to this letter, will supercede the provisions of the Collective Agreement.

CMI Results. Recognizing the mutual objective of quality care, the Employer agrees to meet through the Labour Management Committee with the Union as soon as practical after the receipt of their annual CMI results. The Employer agrees to provide the Union with staffing mix information for the bargaining unit; the impact of related payroll costs on staffing levels and a written notice of the CMI results for the facility. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the impact of the CMI changes on the staffing of the levels in the bargaining unit, and provide the Union with an opportunity to make representation in that regard. The parties shall meet as necessary to discuss other changes or workload issues. The parties may invite additional participants to attend the meeting to support constructive review and discussion.
CMI Results. The employer agrees to meet with the Union as part of the Labour/Management process to: (a) Review what the CMI and CMM are, and the potential tremendous impact of these factors on staffing level; and (b) Review the importance of charting and charting results on the CMI and CMM; and (c) Review the CMI results and to discuss the implications (if any) of a changed CMI; and (d) Identify and propose alternative to any actions that the Home may be planning. It is understood and agreed that nothing in this letter is intended to inhibit any action the Employer may take consistent with the provisions of the Collective Agreement. It is further understood and agreed, however, that any agreement the parties reach pursuant to this letter, will supersede the provisions of the Collective Agreement.

The Employer agrees to provide the Union Representative with staffing levels and the following staffing mix information: (i) The number of full-time and part-time employees in the bargaining unit; (ii) The total number of employees in the Home; (iii) The number of employees per classification. The purpose of this meeting is to discuss the impact of the CMI changes on the staffing levels in the Home and quality care, and to provide the Union with an opportunity to make representation in that regard.   • Test Results The employer, upon request from an employee or former employee, will provide the confidential written report issued pursuant to 4.9 of the Canadian Model in respect to that employee or former employee.

  • Audit Results If an audit by a Party determines that an overpayment or an underpayment has occurred, a notice of such overpayment or underpayment shall be given to the other Party together with those records from the audit which support such determination.

A narrative explanation of the results of the Quarterly Claims Sample, including reasons for errors, patterns noted, etc.

  • Publication of Results The National Aeronautics and Space Act (51 U.S.C. § 20112) requires NASA to provide for the widest practicable and appropriate dissemination of information concerning its activities and the results thereof. As such, NASA may publish unclassified and non-Proprietary Data resulting from work performed under this Agreement. The Parties will coordinate publication of results allowing a reasonable time to review and comment.

  • Positive Test Results In the event an employee tests positive for drug use, the employee will be provided, in writing, notice of their right to explain the test results. The employee may indicate any relevant circumstance, including over the counter or prescription medication taken within the last thirty (30) days, or any other information relevant to the reliability of, or explanation for, a positive test result.

  • Ownership of Results Any interest of Contractor or its subcontractors, in the Deliverables, including any drawings, plans, specifications, blueprints, studies, reports, memoranda, computation sheets, computer files and media or other documents prepared by Contractor or its subcontractors for the purposes of this Agreement, shall become the property of and will be transmitted to City. However, unless expressly prohibited elsewhere in this Agreement, Contractor may retain and use copies for reference and as documentation of its experience and capabilities.

  • Notification of Results Within 10 days after satisfactory inspection and/or testing of Interconnection Facilities built by the Interconnection Customer (including, if applicable, inspection and/or testing after correction of defects or failures), the Interconnected Transmission Owner shall confirm in writing to the Interconnection Customer and Transmission Provider that the successfully inspected and tested facilities are acceptable for energization.
