Harmonised standards. Switzerland recognises harmonised standards conferring a presumption of conformity with the legislation referred to in Section 1 of this Chapter. Where Switzerland considers that compliance with a harmonised standard does not entirely satisfy the requirements which are set out in the legislation listed in Section I, it shall bring the matter before the Committee and give its reasons. The Committee shall consider the case and may ask the European Union to act in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 14 of Directive 2009/48/EC. The Committee shall be informed of the result of the procedure.

The Committee shall consider the case and may ask the European Community to act in accordance with the procedure provided for in Article 5 of Directive 1999/5/EC.   • ETHICAL STANDARDS 10.7.1 Within 90 days after the Effective Date, Developer shall adopt written policies establishing ethical standards of conduct for all Developer-Related Entities (other than NTTA), including Developer’s supervisory and management personnel, in dealing with (a) TxDOT and the Independent Engineer and (b) employment relations.   • Licensing Standards The Contractor, its employees and subcontractors shall comply with all applicable licensing standards, certification standards, accrediting standards and any other laws, rules, or regulations governing services to be provided by the Contractor pursuant to this Contract. The State will not pay the Contractor for any services performed when the Contractor, its employees or subcontractors are not in compliance with such applicable standards, laws, rules, or regulations. If any license, certification or accreditation expires or is revoked, or any disciplinary action is taken against an applicable license, certification, or accreditation, the Contractor shall notify the State immediately and the State, at its option, may immediately terminate this Contract.

  • Applicable Technical Standards The Applicable Technical Requirements and Standards that apply to the Customer Facility and the Interconnection Facilities are identified in Schedule D to this ISA.
