Harvesting Schedule. Following determination of the Actual Designated Tracts, Buyer shall provide a harvesting schedule to Seller setting forth approximate start and completion dates relating to harvesting Timber within each of the Actual Designated Tracts. Buyer shall modify said harvesting schedule based upon any reasonable objections raised by Seller with respect to any of said harvesting dates, said reasonable objections may be for reasons which include, but are not limited to, (a) a violation of Sustainable Forestry Certification Requirements, (b) potential logging damage to the site, such as rutting, or (c) failure to comply with Sustainable Forestry Initiative regeneration requirements applicable to harvesting on adjacent lands. Notwithstanding the foregoing, Buyer shall harvest the Actual Designated Tracts on the basis of the Annual Buyer Harvesting Notices provided by Buyer to Seller each calendar year during the Term of this Agreement, subject to a Force Majeure Event, and subject to the provisions of Section 4.3 below.

Harvesting Schedule. Following determination of the Actual Designated Tracts, NPNS shall provide a harvesting schedule to Neenah setting forth approximate start and completion dates relating to harvesting Qualifying Stumpage within each of the Actual Designated Tracts. Neenah shall modify said harvesting schedule based upon any reasonable objections raised by Neenah with respect to any of said harvesting dates. Notwithstanding the foregoing, NPNS shall harvest the Actual Designated Tracts on the basis of the quarterly harvesting notices provided by NPNS to Neenah every three (3) months during the Term of this Agreement, subject to the occurrence of a Force Majeure Event, and subject to the provisions of Section 4.3 below.

Harvesting Schedule. Following the designation of the portion of Timberlands (“Tracts”) to be harvested, Buyer shall provide a harvesting schedule to Owner setting forth approximate start and completion dates relating to the harvesting of timber within the designated Tracts. The Tracts will include tracts from which MeadWestvaco will be permitted, pursuant to the terms of the Fiber Supply Agreement, to harvest a minimum of 80,000 tons per calendar year of pine pulpwood Stumpage to be converted into the form of in-xxxxx chips and such volumes of other Stumpage that occur on these same tracts. Buyer will provide a copy of the harvest schedule to MeadWestvaco as soon as its is finalized.

  • Vesting Schedule Except as provided in Section 4, and subject to Section 5, the Restricted Stock Units awarded by this Award Agreement will vest in accordance with the vesting provisions set forth in the Notice of Grant. Restricted Stock Units scheduled to vest on a certain date or upon the occurrence of a certain condition will not vest in Participant in accordance with any of the provisions of this Award Agreement, unless Participant will have been continuously a Service Provider from the Date of Grant until the date such vesting occurs.

Adjustments, if any, to such Applicable Margin shall be effective on the date the US Administrative Agent receives the applicable financial statements and corresponding Compliance Certificate as required by the terms of this Agreement.   • Work Schedule Within ten (10) days after the execution of this Lease, Landlord will deliver to Tenant, for Tenant's review and approval, a schedule ("Work Schedule") which will set forth the timetable for the planning and completion of the installation of the Tenant Improvements and the Commencement Date of the Lease. The Work Schedule will set forth each of the various items of work to be done or approval to be given by Landlord and Tenant in connection with the completion of the Tenant Improvements.
