Hazardous Items. The Supplier shall notify Customer if any Equipment contains hazardous materials requiring disposal in accordance with Hazardous Waste Regulations and provide Material Safety Data Sheets for such materials. If any Equipment contains defects or hazards which could possibly cause death or serious bodily injury to any person, or property damage (including property of Customer), Supplier at its own expense shall locate, identify, and recall such Equipment. Supplier, upon recalling such Equipment, shall repair or replace it or otherwise discharge at Supplier's expense the obligations applicable to a manufacturer or reseller of hazardous Equipment under the Consumer Product Safety Act or any other applicable law, regulation, order, or governmental request. If Supplier is unable to repair or replace any such Equipment, it will refund the full amount of the purchase price of such Equipment and reimburse Customer for all inbound and outbound shipping and handling costs and all other direct and incidental costs, including the cost of disassembly and packing, incurred by Customer in connection with such Equipment.
Hazardous Items. The passenger shall not carry on board the aircraft any type of element, substance or material that may be considered dangerous goods (explosives, flammable, toxic, corrosive, radioactive, etc.), according to Part 10 of the Colombian Aeronautical Regulations, which includes, among others, matches, fireworks, fuels, paints, solvents, glues, bleaches, acids, compressed gases or insecticides. Likewise, the passenger must refrain from carrying on board any type of element, drug or substance, the carrying, possession, trade or consumption of which is prohibited. Any common item of dubious character must be reported at the time of inspection so that it can be determined whether or not it can be taken on board.

Hazardous Items. Behaviour • Real or replica firearms, air-powered guns, offensive weapons, fireworks, flares and other pyrotechnics are not permitted in University accommodation or grounds. • Candles, incense burners, barbeques, fairy lights, electric blankets, heaters, grills and other naked flames are hazardous, and their use is not permitted in University accommodation. • The use of any type of chip pan or deep fat fryer is prohibited • Barbeques may only be used in external, specially designated areas • The playing of ball games, or using projectiles, etc. is not permitted within accommodation or close to residential areas • The throwing of any objects from windows in residential areas is not permitted Items mentioned above will be confiscated by University staff
Hazardous Items. Client represents and warrants that the Shipment will not contain any hazardous or dangerous substances, materials or wastes or any wastes regulated under any local, state or federal law including oil, petroleum by-products, paints, explosives, guns or flammables. Client shall indemnify FCMS against any loss or damage caused by the inclusion of any hazardous or dangerous items.

  • No Hazardous Materials (A) have been disposed of or otherwise released from any Real Property of the Company or any of its Subsidiaries in violation of any Environmental Laws; or

  • Dangerous Materials Tenant shall not keep or have on the Premises any article or thing of a dangerous, flammable, or explosive character that might substantially increase the danger of fire on the Premises, or that might be considered hazardous by a responsible insurance company, unless the prior written consent of Landlord is obtained and proof of adequate insurance protection is provided by Tenant to Landlord.
