Fund accounts through County payroll feeds (bi-weekly). Provide both Xxxxx Xxxx (real time) and claim forms as methods of reimbursement. Distribute Claims forms upon request; provide on-line access to claim forms. Allow participants to submit claims and backup documentation via fax or mail. Provide online models and calculators. Provide Web-portal access to account history, balance, review of reimbursement status, client specific eligibility guides, and tracking out of pocket healthcare expenses. Xxxxxxxxx eligible participant claims within 15 days of receipt of claim issuing checks or direct deposits on a daily basis. Create and distribute notifications such as explanation of payment, check or direct deposit, account balances, claim denial, partial payments, returned checks, etc. within 15 days. Maintain account balances. Counsel participants on questions about the County’s Section 125 Plan based on information provided by the County. Reconcile elections, payroll deduction registers, OBP allocated amounts to HCRA and Section 132 (Education account) and claim payments. Answer participant questions regarding claims, balances, eligible expenses, etc. via Call Center; hours of operation shall be 5:00 a.m. PT to 5:00 p.m. PT, Monday through Friday. Provide Toll Free Interactive Voice Response System available for account balance and claim payment information, 24 hours a day, seven days a week/ Create forfeiture reports to participants and the County annually. Provide Quarterly participant statements and management reports to the County with the specified data elements and sorts. Provide reminder in January of each year to the participant that the claims filing deadline is March 31st for eligible claims incurred in the prior plan year. Provide quarterly participant statements and reports to the County with the specified data elements and sorts by required deadlines. Provide the County with recorded calls through the system to the County as needed on specific participant issues through the use of an advanced call tracking system. Ensure quality control of customer service responses given for the spending accounts. Provide County with imaged claims on an as needed basis for review of second level appeal and/or escalated claims issues. Consult with IRS on claims received for questionable expenses....

  • Coverage Under the Minnesota Advantage Health Plan From July 1, 2019 through December 31, 2019, health coverage under the SEGIP will continue at the level in effect on June 30, 2019. Effective January 1, 2020, Advantage will cover eligible services subject to the copayments, deductibles and coinsurance coverage limits stated. Services provided through Advantage are subject to the managed care procedures and principles, including standards of medical necessity and appropriate practice, of the plan administrators. Coverage details are provided in the Advantage Summary of Benefits.

  • Federally Qualified Health Centers (A) The Contractor shall not restrict an Enrollee’s right to obtain FQHC services outside the PMHP through the Fee For Service Medicaid program.

  • Post-Award Small Business Program Re Representation If applicable, The Contractor shall report timely and accurately their small business program re-representation and update XXX.xxx.

  • PayPal's Seller Protection Program If you sell a good or service to a buyer, you may be eligible for PayPal's Seller Protection program. When it applies, PayPal's Seller Protection program entitles you to retain the full purchase amount.   • SECTION 109 OF THE HOUSING AND COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT ACT OF 1974 The Contractor shall comply with the provisions of Section 109 of the Housing and Community Development Act of 1974. No person in the United States shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, or sex be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be subjected to discrimination under any program or activity funded in whole or in part with funds made available under this title. Section 109 further provides that discrimination on the basis of age under the Age Discrimination Act of 1975 or with respect to an otherwise qualified handicapped individual as provided in Section 504 of the Rehabilitation Act of 1973, as amended, is prohibited.

  • BUY AMERICA ACT (National School Lunch Program and Breakfast Program With respect to products purchased by Customers for use in the National School Lunch Program and/or National School Breakfast Program, Contractor shall comply with all federal procurement laws and regulations with respect to such programs, including the Buy American provisions set forth in 7 C.F.R. Part 210.21(d), to the extent applicable. Contractor agrees to provide all certifications required by Customer regarding such programs. In the event Contractor or Contractor’s supplier(s) are unable or unwilling to certify compliance with the Buy American Provision, or the applicability of an exception to the Buy American provision, H-GAC Customers may decide not to purchase from Contractor. Additionally, H-GAC Customers may require country of origin on all products and invoices submitted for payment by Contractor, and Contractor agrees to comply with any such requirement.
