Common use of Head Cashier Clause in Contracts

Head Cashier. Stores that have a weekly sales volume of $150,000 or greater shall, effective one week following ratification, establish in each such store covered by this Collective Agreement the classification of "Head Cashier" which shall be paid according to the wage classification of "Head Cashier".

Head Cashier. In stores that have a weekly sales volume of less than weekly and a Franchisee designates one (1) employee to perform all normal duties related to a Head Cashiers responsibilities, such designated employees shall be paid in accordance with such wage classification of "Head Cashier".
