Head Cooks. It is expected that all head cooks will lead the work operations he/she directs in such a manner as to meet all established schedules as set by the manager of food service. He/she will furthermore plan, lead, control and check all operations and processes he/she oversees and make a constant effort to improve the operations and procedures of the workcenter. He/she shall work toward communicating with kitchen and cleaning staff the importance of quality standards for those staff and make every attempt to eliminate wasteful practices and procedures. The summer programming is part of the Head Xxxx’x regular duty year.

Head Cooks. The head xxxx at Chiloquin Elementary School will receive a stipend of $750 for meal preparation for Chiloquin High School students and the head xxxx at Xxxxxx High School will be paid $750 for meal preparation for Falcon Heights students. The stipend will be paid in the May paycheck.
Head Cooks. In the event of job elimination, the most senior head cook will replace the least senior head cook within the category. The least senior head cook will revert to his/her old eight (8) hour position if it exists, or he/she shall have the right to displace the least senior eight (8) hour cook if he/she has more seniority. An employee accepting a head cook position shall serve an initial 90-day probationary period in that position. In the event that he/she cannot satisfactorily perform the duties of the job, he/she shall revert to his/her old position, if it exists, or to the least senior eight (8) hour position if the individual has more seniority. The eight (8) hour employee displaced will then replace the least senior four (4) hour employee.

  • Mining and Industrial Cooperation 1. The aims of cooperation in mining and industry sectors, carried out in the mutual interest of the Parties and in compliance with their policies, will be: (a) to focus cooperative activities towards sectors where mutual and complementary interests exist; and (b) to build on existing agreements and arrangements already in place between the Parties. 2. Mining and Industrial cooperation may include work in, but not be limited to, the following areas: (a) bio-mining (mining using biotechnology procedures); (b) mining techniques, specially underground mining, and conventional metallurgy; (c) productivity in mining; (d) industrial robotics for mining and other sector applications; (e) informatics and telecommunication applications for mining and industrial plant production; and (f) software development for mining and industrial applications. 3. The Parties will encourage and facilitate, as appropriate, the following activities including, but not limited to: (a) exchange of information, documentation and institutional contacts in areas of interest; (b) mutual access to academic, industrial and entrepreneurial networks in the area of mining and industry; (c) identification of strategies, in consultation with universities and research centres, that encourage joint postgraduate studies, research visits and joint research projects; (d) exchange of scientists, researchers and technical experts; (e) promotion of public/private sector partnerships and joint ventures in the support of the development of innovative products and services specially related to productivity in the sector activities; (f) technology transfer in the areas mentioned in paragraph 2; (g) designing of innovation technology models based in public/private cooperation and association ventures; and (h) information and experience exchange on mining environmental issues.

  • Association Business Leave An employee shall have the right to make written application for a leave of absence for Association business for a period not to exceed three (3) days. Written application shall be made at least seven

  • Pre-Job Conferences a) The Employer will notify the Union that a project has been awarded to the Employer following the award. Prior to the start of each project, a pre-job conference will be held to determine all site-specific issues as outlined in this Agreement. This conference may be conducted via telephone, through a scheduled meeting or by some other practical means as agreed to by the parties.
