Common use of Health and Welfare Benefit Plans Clause in Contracts

Health and Welfare Benefit Plans. During the term of Executive’s employment under this Agreement, Executive and/or Executive’s family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under any health and welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs adopted by the board of directors of the Company to the extent applicable generally to senior executive officers of the Company and subject to the terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements therefore from time to time.

Health and Welfare Benefit Plans. During the term of Executive’s employment under this Agreement, Executive and/or Executive’s family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under any health and welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs adopted provided by the board of directors of the Company Employers, to the extent applicable generally to senior executive officers executives of the Company Employers and subject to the terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements therefore as may be prescribed by Employers or set forth in the terms of such plans, practices, policies and programs from time to time.

Health and Welfare Benefit Plans. During The Executive and the term of Executive’s employment under this Agreement, Executive and/or Executive’s family, as the case may be, shall be eligible for participation in and shall receive all benefits under any health and welfare benefit plans, practices, policies and programs adopted provided by the board of directors Company to similarly situated employees of the Company to the extent applicable generally to senior executive officers of at Executive’s level. Such benefits will be paid by the Company for Executive and subject to the terms, conditions, and eligibility requirements therefore from time to timeExecutive’s family.

Nothing in this Agreement shall preclude the Company from amending or terminating any such plan at any time.
