Health and Wellness. Certified staff members and immediate family members will be able to use the swimming facility at no cost. Certified staff members will be able to utilize any pre-approved fitness facility. Participants must use the facility at least 12 times a month to be reimbursed. Reimbursements will be made quarterly upon completion of the necessary paperwork. There is a $45 per person monthly cap. There is a $5,000 yearly cap on this benefit. Specific details concerning the procedure for usage of the above facilities by certified staff will be set by district administration and a representative of GCTA.
