Common use of Health Benefits Advisory Committee Clause in Contracts

Health Benefits Advisory Committee. ‌ One member of PSEO shall be allowed to sit in on all health benefits advisory committee meetings. This will be a non-voting position, however, and said employee will be allowed to give his advice regarding proposed changes in the coverage of City employees. Further, the City shall give proper notice to all members of the committee at least two (2) days prior to said meeting.
