Health Care Plan and Employee Benefits Handbook. The Board shall create a health care plan ("Plan") that provides eligible employees the option to purchase health insurance coverage for themselves and their eligible dependents. The Plan shall be set forth in an employee benefits handbook, which shall reflect the Plan's terms and conditions of enrollment and provide for dispute resolution. The Plan's dispute resolution procedure shall be used exclusively to resolve disputes between the Board and its covered employees and their dependents.

  • EMPLOYEE HEALTH CARE 233. Pursuant to the Charter, the City contributes whatever rate is applicable per month directly into the City Health Service System for each employee who is a member of the Health Service System. Subsequent City contributions will be set pursuant to the Charter.

  • Health Care Benefits (a) Each regular full-time employee may elect coverage for himself and his eligible dependents* under one of the following health insurance plans:

Notwithstanding the foregoing sentence, the EMPLOYERS may discontinue or terminate at any time any such BENEFIT PLANS, now existing or hereafter adopted, to the extent permitted by the terms of such plans and shall not be required to compensate the EMPLOYEE for such discontinuance or termination.

  • Extended Health Care Plan (a) The Employer shall pay the monthly premium for regular employees entitled to coverage under a mutually acceptable Extended Health Care Plan.

  • Extended Health Care Benefits 12.02(a) The City will provide for all employees by contract through an insurer selected by the City an Extended Health Care Plan which will provide extended health care benefits. The City shall pay one hundred per cent (100%) of the premiums, which will include any premiums payable under The Health Insurance Act, R.S.O. 1990, as amended.
