Health Care Task Force. The parties agree to establish a Health Care Task Force to review changes to the plan should changes be made by the Consortium. The Task Force shall consist of equal representation from the Board and the Association. The Board shall provide the Association with notice of changes/proposed changes through the Association president and the Health Care Task Force. Through the Task Force, the Association shall have the opportunity to discuss changes and potential changes and provide input to the Board.
