Health Care Task Force. The parties agree to establish a Health Care Task Force to review changes to the plan should changes be made by the Consortium. The Task Force shall consist of equal representation from the Board and the Association. Through the Task Force, the Association shall have the opportunity and potential changes and provide input about those changes to the Board.
