Packing and Unpacking. When a room is vacated, all classroom teachers involved in an involuntary classroom move, including packing and unpacking and excluding yearly maintenance, shall be compensated with a two hundred dollar ($200.00) unrestricted stipend. Teachers without classrooms shall be compensated with a one hundred dollar ($100.00) unrestricted stipend. In addition, except for voluntary transfers, employees shall be compensated twenty-five dollars ($25.00) per hour (not to exceed six [6] hours) while moving classroom contents to any other room within the District if the move occurs during the summer or outside the normal work. All non-consumable materials shall be the property of the Board of Education.
Packing and Unpacking. 8.1 Except as provided in condition 6.9, the contract is not intended to confer a benefit on any third party and no third party is entitled to enforce any provision of the contract. 4.1 Where the contract includes packing the choice of packing materials is at the sole discretion of the Company. 8.2 If any provision of these conditions is held to be invalid or unenforceable in whole or in part; the validity of the other provisions of these conditions and the remainder of the provisions in question shall not be affected. 4.2 All packing materials supplied by the Company remain the Company's property. Packing and Unpacking. All packing and unpacking instructions sent by Northwest shall be followed explicitly by competent packers provided by the Exhibitor. Each object shall be handled with the greatest possible care at all times to ensure against damage or deterioration. The Exhibitor agrees to furnish a verbal report of the condition of all objects in the Exhibition within 24 hours of unpacking and to provide a written condition report if requested by Northwest. Damage, whether in transit or on the Exhibitor's premises, regardless of who may be responsible, must be reported in detail by telephone and in writing to Northwest immediately. Should damage occur during transit, notify the carrier at once as well and save all packing material until the carrier or the carrier's agent has inspected it.
Packing and Unpacking. (i) Upon delivery of the Works to the Gallery they will be unpacked by suitably qualified Gallery personnel under the direction of AETA. (ii) A representative of the Gallery and AETA shall be present at any unpacking or repacking of Works at the Gallery. Moreover it is agreed that a person accredited by AETA to be the bona fide representative of an owner of any Work may be authorised by AETA to be present at unpacking and repacking of Works at the Gallery. (iii) Repacking of Works at the conclusion of the Exhibition shall be carried out by suitably qualified Gallery personnel approved by and under the direction of AETA. (iv) All packing and unpacking instructions issued by or on behalf of AETA shall be explicitly followed. (v) Each Work must be handled with special care at all times to prevent damage or deterioration. For the purpose of repacking, original packing materials must be retained and the Works repacked with the same materials and in the same way as they were delivered to Gallery.
Packing and Unpacking. 1) Supervision of packing, unpacking and placement of equipment shall be furnished by the Contractor during the Contractor’s normal working hours without additional charge to the PSAP. 2) Rearrangement of equipment on the same site for PSAP convenience shall be at PSAP expense.

In accordance with appropriate laws and regulations, Management will assist ALJs in resolving any claims for damages and injuries incurred during the relocation process and installation of office furniture. This provision is not applicable to remote sites. B. ALJs will identify all their boxes appropriately. Management will direct the movers to associate the proper boxes with the appropriate workstation, so that when the ALJs report to their new location, their materials will be in their offices, with furniture arranged as desired by the ALJ. This provision is not applicable to remote sites. C. Management will provide the specific date for the move when such date is provided to Management; and will provide at least 3 weeks advance notice of the projected move so that ALJs may pack and prepare for the move while still accommodating their hearing schedules. This provision is not applicable to remote sites.

  • Packaging and Shipping All shipping containers shall be packed and packaged to: (i) ensure safe arrival to final destination; (ii) secure the lowest transportation costs;(iii) comply with requirements of common carriers; (iv) meet Buyer's written instructions; and (v) meet the requirements of all applicable laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.

  • PACKING AND SHIPMENT (a) Unless otherwise specified, all Work is to be packed in accordance with good commercial practice. (b) A complete packing list shall be enclosed with all shipments. SELLER shall mark containers or packages with necessary lifting, loading, and shipping information, including the LOCKHEED XXXXXX Contract number, item number, dates of shipment, and the names and addresses of consignor and consignee. Bills of lading shall include this Contract number. (c) Unless otherwise specified, delivery shall be FOB Place of Shipment.

  • PACKING AND SHIPPING a. Seller shall pack the goods and materials to prevent damage and deterioration. Unless otherwise set forth in this Contract, Seller shall package the goods in accordance with the requirements of Boeing Document D37522-6 “Supplier Packaging”. Buyer may charge Seller for damage to or deterioration of any goods resulting from improper packing or packaging. b. If the Contract specifies FOB destination (place of delivery), then in addition to any other shipping instructions, Seller shall forward goods freight prepaid. Seller shall make the transportation arrangements, pay the shipping costs, and remain responsible for the goods and materials until the goods and materials are delivered and the Buyer takes possession at the destination. c. If the Contract specifies FOB origin (place of shipment), then in addition to any other shipping instructions, Seller shall forward goods collect. For goods shipped within the United States, Seller shall make no declaration concerning the value of the goods shipped except on goods where the tariff rating is dependent upon released or declared value. In such event, Seller shall release or declare such value at the maximum value within the lowest rating. Seller will ship the goods in accordance with the provisions set forth in the Boeing Domestic Shipment Routing Guide to be accessed through Buyer’s supplier portal at xxxxx://xxxxxx.xxxxxxx.xxx/. Sellers need a One Time Password (OTP) token to log into the Boeing Supplier Portal. Upon Xxxxx’s request, Seller will identify packaging charges showing material and labor costs for container fabrication. d. Seller shall provide with each container shipped under this Contract an Advanced Shipping Notice (“ASN”). For each container shipped, Seller shall provide two (2) readable copies of the ASN barcode as follows: one (1) copy is to be securely affixed to the outside of each container and one (1) copy is to be loose inside each container. Non- conforming shipments are subject to rejection and repackaging at Seller’s expense. Instructions and guidelines related to the ASN process can be found on the Boeing Supplier Portal. Seller shall access by selecting the “Enterprise ASN Instructions” hyper-link under the header “Exostar Resources”. A copy of these instructions can also be found at xxx.xxxxxxx.xxx.

  • Packaging and Labeling Seller shall properly xxxx, xxxx, and ship Goods and provide Buyer with shipment documentation showing the Order number, Seller’s identification number for the subject Goods, the quantity of goods in shipment and the number of cartons or containers in the shipment.

  • Packing 3.9.1 The tenderer shall provide such packing of the Goods as is required to prevent their damage or deterioration during transit to their final destination, as indicated in the Contract. 3.9.2 The packing, marking, and documentation within and outside the packages shall comply strictly with such special requirements as shall be expressly provided for in the Contract

  • Shipping Axon may make partial shipments and ship Axon Devices from multiple locations. All shipments are FOB shipping point via common carrier. Title and risk of loss pass to Agency upon Axon’s delivery to the common carrier. Agency is responsible for any shipping charges in the Quote.

  • Safety Glasses Section 1. The City shall supply prescription safety glasses with plastic lenses to employees who are required to wear safety glasses and who are members of the classifications contained in Appendix C to this contract. Safety glasses which are authorized must be industrial grade safety glasses which meet or exceed the requirements of ANSI Specification Z87. 1. All employees who are required to wear safety glasses shall also be required to wear side xxxxxxx, either permanent or snap-on, whenever an eye hazard exists. Solid tinted glasses will not be approved unless required by prescription. Photogray, progressive, scratch coating and/or anti-glare lenses may be considered for those employees who primarily work outdoors or as prescribed. In the event that additional classes are identified as needing either prescription safety glasses or protective eyewear, such classes may be added to the classification list in Appendix C upon approval of PAGE and the City. Section 2. The City agrees to pay the full cost of required prescription safety glasses, with frames not to exceed $75.00. This excludes the cost of the eye examination which will be the responsibility of the employee. The effected employees will be allowed one (1) replacement of safety glasses every two (2) years. In the event the safety glasses become lost, unserviceable, or broken on the job, the employee must present a written request for replacement to the Department Head and Human Resources Director. If the employee breaks his safety glasses while on the job, the Department shall replace the glasses at no cost to the employee. The replacement of lost glasses or glasses that are broken off the job will be at the discretion of the Department Head and Human Resources Director. If an employee has been provided safety glasses by the City, the employee shall be permitted to retain possession of the glasses after separation from the City without reimbursing the City for any costs associated with the glasses. Section 3. An employee who is required to wear prescription safety glasses must present a written request to his department head or designated representative. Section 4. The employee must obtain a current prescription and the employee is authorized the use of sick leave not to exceed two (2) hours to accomplish this examination. The employee will obtain a purchase order from the Department Head prior to ordering the safety glasses. The employee will present the purchase order to the appropriate vendor when ordering. The vendor will contact the appropriate Department Head when the glasses are ready for delivery. The Department Head will then notify the employee who will present himself at the vendor for fitting and pickup. Section 5. In the event a probationary employee has been issued safety glasses and terminates his employment with the City for any reason during the probationary period, he shall be required to reimburse the City for any expenses incurred in the purchase of safety glasses.

  • Transportation Transportation expenses include, but are not limited to, airplane, train, bus, taxi fares, rental cars, parking, mileage reimbursement, and tolls that are reasonably and necessarily incurred as a result of conducting State business. Each State agency shall determine the necessity for travel, and the mode of travel to be reimbursed.

  • SHIPPING AND SHIPPING COSTS All delivered Equipment and Products must be properly packaged. Damaged Equipment and Products may be rejected. If the damage is not readily apparent at the time of delivery, Supplier must permit the Equipment and Products to be returned within a reasonable time at no cost to Sourcewell or its Participating Entities. Participating Entities reserve the right to inspect the Equipment and Products at a reasonable time after delivery where circumstances or conditions prevent effective inspection of the Equipment and Products at the time of delivery. In the event of the delivery of nonconforming Equipment and Products, the Participating Entity will notify the Supplier as soon as possible and the Supplier will replace nonconforming Equipment and Products with conforming Equipment and Products that are acceptable to the Participating Entity. Supplier must arrange for and pay for the return shipment on Equipment and Products that arrive in a defective or inoperable condition. Sourcewell may declare the Supplier in breach of this Contract if the Supplier intentionally delivers substandard or inferior Equipment or Products.
