Common use of Health Club Benefit Clause in Contracts

Health Club Benefit. Bargaining Unit members may receive the cost of a Health Club Membership (not to exceed the cost of an Alliance YMCA Single Adult Membership and Nautilus fees), provided the member uses the membership at least four (4) times per month or fifty-two (52) times per year. If the member has an extended illness or injury that prevents him from using this benefit, the member shall provide a doctor’s note explaining why the member was unable to use it. If the Bargaining Unit member does not meet the minimum requirement, the member shall lose the benefit for the remainder of this Agreement.
