HEALTH INSURANCE AND OTHER FRINGE BENEFITS. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in regular employee fringe benefit programs to the extent such programs are offered by the Company to its executive employees, including, but not limited to, medical, hospitalization and disability insurance and life insurance that are substantially consistent with the programs of the Company in effect prior to the Commencement Date.

HEALTH INSURANCE AND OTHER FRINGE BENEFITS. In addition to the compensation specified in Section 3, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in regular employee fringe benefit programs to the extent such programs are offered by the Company to its executive employees, including, but not limited to health, dental and vision, in effect prior to the Commencement Date, and any benefit but not compensation programs developed after the Commencement Date.
HEALTH INSURANCE AND OTHER FRINGE BENEFITS. The Executive shall be entitled to participate in the employee fringe benefit programs listed on Exhibit A and such others programs or improvements to those listed on Exhibit A as the Company and / or the Parent may adopt from time to time.
HEALTH INSURANCE AND OTHER FRINGE BENEFITS. The Company agrees that the current level of health, dental, medical and other plans or benefits currently provided to the Executive by CIRM shall be maintained by the Company for at least the term of this Agreement. The Company further agrees that the costs associated with Executive's (i) health insurance with prescription drug coverage, (ii) dental insurance, (iii) long-term disability insurance, (iv) short-term disability insurance and (v) life insurance shall continue to be paid for him by CIRM. Notwithstanding the immediately preceding sentence, if during the term of this Agreement the Company procures insurance coverage for the Company's employees that provide more favorable terms than those provided to the Executive, then the Executive shall be entitled to participate in the more favorable insurance coverage. Further, if and to the extent that the Company wishes to find a lower cost provider with respect to plans or benefits provided to the Executive (even if such lower cost provider shall provide the same level of benefits), the Company agrees to obtain the prior written consent of the Executive prior to changing providers of plans or benefits provided to the Executive. In addition to the foregoing, the Executive shall participate on an equitable basis in any other plans, programs, and benefits of the Company, if any, to the extent his position, tenure, salary, age, health, or other qualifications make him eligible to participate.
HEALTH INSURANCE AND OTHER FRINGE BENEFITS. In addition to the compensation specified in Section 3, the Executive shall be entitled to participate in regular employee fringe benefit programs to the extent such programs are offered by the Company to its executive employees, including, but not limited to health, dental and vision, where allowed by the policies carried, in effect on the Effective Date, and any benefit programs adopted after the Effective Date. At such time as the Board deems appropriate (but no later than when the Company is net cash flow positive for three consecutive months), the Company will provide the Executive with a monthly automobile allowance of $1,000 per month.
HEALTH INSURANCE AND OTHER FRINGE BENEFITS. (a) The Executive understands that the Company does not currently intend to provide any regular employee fringe benefit programs, including, but not limited to, medical, hospitalization and disability insurance and life insurance, but to the extent that the Company shall make available any such program in the future, participation in any such program shall be made available to the Executive on terms substantially consistent with those made available to other executives of the Company. (b) The Executive understands that the Company does not presently have, but currently intends to implement in the future, a stock option plan. The Executive shall participate in any such stock option plan as and to the extent authorized from time to time by the board of directors of the Company.

  • Insurance and Other Benefits During the Employment Period, the Executive and the Executive’s dependents shall be entitled to participate in the Company’s insurance programs and any ERISA benefit plans, as the same may be adopted and/or amended from time to time (the “Benefits”). The Executive shall be entitled to paid personal days on a basis consistent with the Company’s other senior executives, as determined by the Board. The Executive shall be bound by all of the policies and procedures established by the Company from time to time. However, in case any of those policies conflict with the terms of this Agreement, the terms of this Agreement shall control.

  • Health Insurance The Couple agrees that: (check one)

  • Executive Perquisites, Benefits and Other Compensation Executive shall be entitled to receive additional benefits and compensation from the Company in such form and to such extent as specified below: (i) Payment of all premiums for coverage for Executive and his dependent family members under health, hospitalization, disability, dental, life and other insurance plans that the Company may have in effect from time to time, benefits provided to Executive under this clause (i) to be at least equal to such benefits provided to Metals executives. (ii) Reimbursement for all business travel and other out-of-pocket expenses reasonably incurred by Executive in the performance of his services pursuant to this Agreement. All reimbursable expenses shall be appropriately documented in reasonable detail by Executive upon submission of any request for reimbursement, and in a format and manner consistent with the Company's expense reporting policy. (iii) The Company shall provide Executive with other executive perquisites as may be available to or deemed appropriate for Executive by the Board and participation in all other Company-wide employee benefits as are available from time to time.

  • Health Insurance Benefits To the extent provided by the federal COBRA law or, if applicable, state insurance laws, and by the Company’s current group health insurance policies, Executive will be eligible to continue Executive’s group health insurance benefits at Executive’s own expense. If Executive timely elects continued coverage under COBRA, the Company shall pay Executive’s COBRA premiums, and any applicable Company COBRA premiums, necessary to continue Executive’s then-current coverage for a period of 12 months after the date of Executive’s termination of employment; provided, however, that any such payments will cease if Executive voluntarily enrolls in a health insurance plan offered by another employer or entity during the period in which the Company is paying such premiums. Executive agrees to immediately notify the Company in writing of any such enrollment. Notwithstanding the foregoing, if the Company determines, in its sole discretion, that it cannot provide the foregoing benefit without potentially incurring financial costs or penalties under applicable law (including, without limitation, Section 2716 of the Public Health Service Act), the Company shall in lieu thereof provide to Executive a taxable monthly amount to continue his group health insurance coverage in effect on the date of separation from service (which amount shall be based on the premium for the first month of COBRA coverage), which payments shall be made regardless of whether Executive elects COBRA continuation coverage and shall commence in the month following the month in which Executive incurs a separation from service and shall end on the earlier of (x) the date on which Executive voluntarily enrolls in a health insurance plan offered by another employer or entity during the period in which the Company is paying such amounts and (y) 12 months after the date of Executive’s separation from service.

  • Health insurance premiums If you are unemployed and have received unemployment compensation for 12 consecutive weeks under a federal or state program, you may take payments from your IRA to pay for health insurance premiums without incurring the 10 percent early distribution penalty tax.

  • Retiree Health Insurance Retired members of the Department receiving, or to receive City of Lincoln monthly pension checks, may participate in the group comprehensive health care plan for active City employees, provided that each retiree so desiring will execute the required forms in a timely fashion, and further provided that each retiree will be required to pay the full monthly cost at the current rates subject to any rate increases which may occur from time to time. Such payment will be made by payroll deduction from pension checks, or by direct payment in the case of an early retiree.

  • Customary Fringe Benefits Executive will be eligible for all customary and usual fringe benefits generally available to executives of Company subject to the terms and conditions of Company’s benefit plan documents. Company reserves the right to change or eliminate the fringe benefits on a prospective basis, at any time, effective upon notice to Executive.

  • Compensation and Other Benefits Subject to the provisions of this Agreement, the Company shall pay and provide the following compensation and other benefits to the Executive during the Term as compensation for services rendered hereunder:

  • Vacation and Other Benefits Each Contract Year, Executive shall be entitled to four (4) weeks of paid vacation in accordance with Employer’s applicable policies and procedures for executive-level employees. Executive shall also be eligible to participate in and receive the fringe benefits generally made available to other executive-level employees of Employer in accordance with and to the extent that Executive is eligible under the general provisions of Employer’s fringe benefit plans or programs; provided, however, that Executive understands that these benefits may be increased, changed, eliminated or added from time to time during the Term as determined in Employer’s sole and absolute discretion.

  • Health Insurance Coverage (a) An employee who is laid off or separated from employment on or after July 1, 1994, under circumstances which entitle such employee to reemployment rights under this Article, other than pursuant to Section 23, may elect to continue membership in their health benefit plan, upon advance payment of the regular percentage contribution to the cost of the plan, during the first six
