Common use of Health Plan Coverage Clause in Contracts

Health Plan Coverage. Employer shall provide Employee with health benefits, including major medical health insurance and Long Term Disability (LTD), Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) and such other benefits that are in effect at the time of this Agreement for the Employee and his or her immediate family all in accordance with Employer's "Executive Health Plan" as now in effect.

Health Plan Coverage. Employer shall provide Employee with health benefits, including major medical health insurance and Long Term Disability (LTD)insurance, Accidental Death and Dismemberment (AD&D) and such other benefits that as are made available to other officers of the Employer and in effect at the time of this Agreement for the Agreement. The health benefits provided hereunder shall be available to Employee and his or her immediate family all in accordance with Employer's "Executive Health Plan" as now in effect."
