Common use of Health & Welfare Trust Fund Clause in Contracts

Each Employer subject hereto shall contribute the amount established in the wage schedule for each and every hour worked by an Employee covered by this Agreement to the Labourers Health and Welfare Trust Fund of Western Canada.
