HEALTHWATCH. 22.1.1 The Partners shall co-operate with each other to enable each Partner to comply with its duties under Part 14 of the Local Government and Public Involvement in Health Act 2007 as amended (“2007 Act”). Such co-operation shall include, but shall not be limited to the following:
i. allowing Healthwatch organisations to view and observe the carrying-on of activities on premises within the relevant Partners’ control from which the Services are provided;
ii. assisting one another with responding to requests for information made by Healthwatch organisations and making requested information available;
iii. promoting and facilitating the involvement of Service Users, carers and members of the public in decision-making concerning the Partnership Arrangements as may be required by Healthwatch organisations; and .
iv. ensuring that contracts for Services require the relevant Service Provider to co-operate with HealthWatch organisations as required.
HEALTHWATCH. The Partners shall promote and facilitate the involvement of Service Users, carers and members of the public in decision making concerning the Services commissioned.
HEALTHWATCH. 19.1. The Parties shall promote and facilitate the involvement of Service Users, carers and members of the public in decision-making concerning the Partnership Arrangements.
19.2. The Authority shall ensure the effective discharge of its obligations in the establishment of Local Healthwatch and, in the interim, with the Local Involvement Network.
19.3. The Authority shall ensure its contracts with Service Providers require co-operation with Local Healthwatch and, in the interim, the Local Involvement Network.
HEALTHWATCH. 12.1 The Care Home Provider shall upon reasonable notice permit or procure permission for the authorised representatives of the relevant Healthwatch to have access to and observe the carrying-on of activities on premises controlled by that Care Home Provider and provide information to Healthwatch.
12.2 Clause 12.1 shall not apply if:
12.2.1 the presence of the authorised representative on the premises or that part of it would compromise the effective provision of care and support Care Home Services or the privacy or dignity of any Person; Information Classification: CONTROLLED
12.2.2 the authorised representative undertakes viewing or observation on the premises which is not related to the function of Healthwatch;
12.2.3 it is in a non-communal part of the Care Home Provider’s Premises, is part of the Care Home Service Provider’s Premises which is a Person’s home or is used as accommodation by employees;
12.2.4 a request is made to view an excluded activity;
12.2.5 the request applies to a part of the Care Home Provider’s Premises where Care Home Services are not provided;
12.2.6 in the view of the Care Home Provider’s premises the authorised representative is not acting reasonably and proportionately, or
12.2.7 if the authorised representative does not provide the Care Home Provider with evidence that they are authorised in accordance with Regulation 4 of the Local Involvement Networks (Duty of Service Providers to Allow Entry) Regulations 2008.
HEALTHWATCH. Healthwatch is the ‘consumer champion’, operating at both local and national levels from April 2012 and replaced Local Involvement Networks in accordance with The Health and Social Care Act 20127. Healthwatch: Has the power to enter and view services Influences how services are set up and commissioned by having a seat on the local health and wellbeing board Produces reports which influence the way services are designed and delivered Provides information, advice and support about local services Passes recommendations to Healthwatch England
HEALTHWATCH. 33.1 The Parties shall promote and facilitate the involvement of Service Users, carers and members of the public in decision-making concerning the Partnership Arrangements.
33.2 The NHS Body shall ensure the effective discharge of its obligations in the establishment of local HealthWatch.
33.3 The NHS Body shall ensure its contracts with Service Providers require co-operation with Local HealthWatch as appropriate.

The Trust shall ensure its contracts with Service Providers require co-operation with Local HealthWatch and the Local Involvement Network. DISPUTE RESOLUTION The members of the Officer’s Joint Working Group shall use their best endeavours to resolve disputes arising out of this Agreement. If any dispute referred to the Officer’s Joint Working GROUP is not resolved within thirty [30] days, either Partner, by notice in writing to the other, may refer the dispute to the chief executives of the Partners, who shall co-operate in good faith to resolve the dispute as amicably as possible within thirty [30] days of service of the notice. Subject to clause 34.4, if the chief executives fail to resolve the dispute in the allotted time, the Dispute Resolution Procedure shall be deemed exhausted and the aggrieved Partner may commence legal proceedings. This clause 34 shall not prevent either Partner from seeking injunctive relief at any time during the Term (regardless of whether the Dispute Resolution Procedure set out in this clause 34 has been exhausted or not) in the case of any breach or threatened breach by the other Partner of any obligation under this Agreement.
HEALTHWATCH. Healthwatch is an independent c onsumer champion for health and social care across England established by the Health and Social Care Act (2012) which came into existence on 1 April 2013. 73 The network is made up of the nationally-focused Healthwatch En gland leading 152 community-focused local Healthwatch. Together they fo rm the Healthwatch net work, working closely to ensure consumers’ views are represented both locally and nationally. HEALTHWATCH. During the Licensed Period, the Parties will cooperate with regard to the reporting and handling of safety information involving the Licensed Products in accordance with Akili’s safety program known as “HealthWatch”, which includes information from any source, whether expected or unexpected in occurrence or severity, involving any adverse experience or adverse event involving the Licensed Products, with Xxxxx being responsible, at its cost, for maintaining a global safety database and HealthWatch reporting in the Xxxxx Territory, and Shionogi being responsible, at its cost, for HealthWatch reporting of the Licensed Products in the Field in the Shionogi Territory. Within [***] ([***]) days from the Option Exercise Date (as such period may be extended by mutual written agreement of the Parties, but within such time to ensure that all regulatory requirements are met), the Parties will negotiate in good faith and enter into a Safety Data Exchange Agreement (“SDEA”), which will define the HealthWatch responsibilities of the Parties and include safety data exchange procedures to enable each Party (and their respective related Third Parties, if any) to comply with all of its legal and regulatory obligations related to the Licensed Products.
