Hearing Process. Except as otherwise provided herein, a teacher’s sole remedy for alleging a violation of this Article shall be the procedure and hearing rights provided by M.S. 122A.40 and, therefore, any alleged violation of this Article shall not be subject to the grievance procedure of this Master Agreement.
