Heating and Control System Alarms. Where it is necessary to check a building in response to a heating or control system problem, such duties shall be performed by appropriate qualified personnel from within the bargaining unit, as assigned by the District Any employee required to perform the duties described in this section, outside of his regular working hours shall be guaranteed a minimum of two (2) hours of overtime pay. Employees answering a call are required to complete a Custodial/Maintenance Trouble Call Sheet and forward the completed form to the Operations Office prior to the end of the next working day.
