Certificate of Physical Fitness. In the case of an employee being absent from work due to illness or physical impairment, he may be required to present a certificate of physical fitness, signed by a licensed physician, before being readmitted to work. This rule, however, shall not limit the right of the Company to require physical examination by a physician in the Company's service in exceptional cases of constantly recurring absence from duty.
