Helicopter Training Premium. Any County Helicopter Pilot FAA certified as a trainer shall receive a five percent (5%) premium to his/her base salary for all actual hours worked spent training other County Helicopter Pilots during their first year of employment. The premium will not be paid for hours not spent training other County Helicopter Pilots.
