Hence, Sri. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx and Sri. Xxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx became the joint, equal and absolute owners of the total area of land measuring 0.1635 acres(16.35 Decimals) more or less, comprises in R.S. Plot Nos. 53, 54, 55, 57 and 56 corresponding to L.R. Plot Nos. 58, 59, 60, 61 and 62 and classified as Sukhakhet, Ghareri, Ghareri, Sukhakhet, Sukhakhet in nature and recorded in Khatian No. 507/6 and lying and situated at Mouja - Cart Road, Sheet No. 29, under Police Station - Kurseong, District – Darjeeling and having permanent heritable and transferable right, title and interest therein, free from all encumbrances and charges whatsoever and the said land was mutated in their respective names at the Record of Right Maintained at the Office Of Block Land and Land Reforms, Kurseong, District - Darjeeling and obtained L.R. Khatian No. 26 for the area of land measuring 0.0818 acres more or less in the name of Xxx. SuvanilChakravorty and L.R. Khatian No. 507/6 for the area of land measuring 0.0817 acres more or less in the name of Xxx. Xxxxxxxx Xxxxxxxxxxx.
Hence, Sri. Xxxxx Xxxxxxx Xxx, the Owner herein, seized and possessed of or otherwise well and sufficiently entitled to ALL THAT piece and parcel of Bastu land measuring 03 Cotths 02 Chittacks 11 sq.ft. more or less together with Pucca structure measuring about 500 sq.ft. more or less on the Ground floor and R.T. Shed structure measuring about 500 sq.ft. more or less on the First Floor comprised in C.S. Dag No. 1281 corresponding to R.S./L.R. Dag No. 2329, C.S. Khatian No. 63 corresponding to R.S. Khatian No. 265 corresponding to L.R. Khatian No. 2971, lying and situates at Mouza-Garui, X.X.Xx.00, X.X. No. 21, Touzi No. 63, 164 at Holding Xx. 0, XxxxxxxxxXxxxxx, Xxxx No. 06 of South Dum Dum Municipality, Police Station – Dumdum, within A.D.S.R.O. Cossipore Dum Dum, District- North 24 Parganas, West Bengal, and hereinafter referred to as the “said Premises” and morefully and particularly described in the Schedule A hereunder written and have been enjoying the same peacefully, freely, absolutely and without any interruptions from any corner whatsoever and paying usual rents and taxes to the proper authorities concerned in his own name as the absolute sole owner and possessor and have the absolute power of ownership and also entitle to sell, gift, lien, mortgage, assign the same to anybody else in any way as he will think fit and proper.
