Hepatitis B Immunizations. Immunizations are available to any employee upon request. Employee must be willing to submit to the entire series of three inoculations.

Hepatitis B Immunizations. The Village shall make available, at no cost to the employees, immunizations against Hepatitis B. Should an employee decline to obtain the immunizations, said employees will be required to sign a statement per the Bloodborne Pathogens Act that he has declined immunization.
Hepatitis B Immunizations. The Employer will make available to employees, at its expense, hepatitis B immunizations through a medical provider designated by the Employer. Participation in the immunization program is mandatory absent medical justification.
