Hepatitis B Inoculation. Employees may elect to receive the Hepatitis B vaccine on a voluntary basis. Employees will submit cost of inoculation for Hepatitis B to their insurance carrier. The Board will provide a group rate option to employees. Employees who choose to receive a Hepatitis B vaccine at an alternate facility other than the group rate facility will be responsible for payment of the difference between the group facility rate and the independent facility.
