  • Platby In consideration for the proper performance of the Study by Site in compliance with the terms and conditions of this Agreement, payments shall be made in accordance with the provisions set forth in Attachment A, with the last payment being made after the Site completes all its obligations hereunder, including without limitation answering all CRF-related queries, and IQVIA has received all properly completed CRFs and Site has returned or destroyed, at Sponsor’s option, all other Confidential Information (as defined below) in accordance with this Agreement. Di dalam perjanjian kredit terdapat perjanjian baku merupakan perjanjian xxxx xxxxx satu pihaknya telah menyiapkan syarat-syarat yang dibakukan dalam sebuah formulir xxx kemudian diberikan kepada konsumennya untuk disetujui. Renegosiasi merupakan alternatif dalam menghadapi permasalahan penyelesaian utang. Kedua cara tersebut dilakukan jika dbeitur tidak dapat melunasi angsuran kreditnya xxx melewati jatuh tempo. Saran dalam skripsi ini adalah yang pertama, sebaiknya untuk debitur lebih memperhatikan formulir yang di dalamnya terdapat klausula yang sudah dibakukan dalam perjanjian kredit agar tidak terjadi kesalahpahaman antara debitur xxx pihak bank dalam melaksanakan perjanjian. Ketiga, sebaiknya debitur diharapkan untuk selalu proaktif dalam membela kepentingan yang menjadi haknya apabila dilanggar oleh bank melalui upaya hukum. Selanjutnya, Pemerintah selaku pemegang kuasa dalam pelaksanaan hukum dapat selalu memberikan sebuah jaminan kepada debitur terkait upaya- upaya xxxxx xxxx ditempuh debitur, sehingga perlindungan hukum diterima oleh debitur berkaitan dengan pelaksanaan perjanjian.
