Common use of Hiatus from bargaining unit Clause in Contracts

Hiatus from bargaining unit. If an employee terminates and returns to the bargaining unit within a twelve (12) month interval, the Employer may rehire the employee at a wage level that is no higher than what the employee was receiving (or would have been qualified to receive in another classification) prior to leaving the bargaining unit.
