Common use of Higher Classification Pay Clause in Contracts

Higher Classification Pay. 23.01 In editorial, employees shall receive the rate of pay for any higher classification to which they may be assigned. 23.02 No employee shall receive a reduction in pay when assigned to a lower classification. 23.03 The provisions of this Article do not apply to employees affected by Technological Change as detailed in Article 18 of this agreement.
