Common use of Hiring/dismissal Clause in Contracts

Hiring/dismissal. During reduced working time, additional labour must not be hired, except for those employees - or replacement for these - who have resigned during the reduced working time. During the reduced working time, the employee's obligation to give notice of termination ceases. Dismissal based on the employee's own circumstances may take place during work allocation. Dismissal of employees in other departments that are not affected by the allocation of work may take place in accordance with applicable rules. At dismissal of employees covered by the work allocation, only working days are included by the term of notice.
