HIRING OF EMPLOYEES Company and Shareholders shall cooperate with all requests made by Pentegra for the purpose of allowing Pentegra to hire those non-dentist employees of Company designated by Pentegra, such employment to be effective as of the Closing Date. Reporting of Sick Leave The employee will call in sick or returning in accordance with Article 14.05 to the designated employer for purposes of payment. RECORDING OF SERVICE INSTRUCTIONS The Bank may (but shall not be obliged to) at its absolute discretion tape or otherwise record all Service Instructions, and the Account Holder agrees to the use of such tapes or recordings and any transcripts thereof which the Bank may make for any purpose that the Bank deems desirable, including their use as evidence in any proceedings against the Account Holder or any other person.

Banking of RDOs (a) Where the Employer and an Employee agree up to five RDOs may be accrued for the purpose of creating a bank to be drawn upon by the Employee at times mutually agreed. Details of such banked RDOs will be entered on to each Employee’s employment records.
Bridging of Service If a regular employee terminates as a result of a decision to care for a dependent parent, spouse or child, and is re-employed, upon application they shall be credited with length of service accumulated at time of termination for the purposes of benefits based on service seniority.
