HIRING PROCEDURE. 3.01 The Union hereby agrees to furnish at all times to the Employer, duly qualified sheeter/deckers, sheeter/xxxxxx assistants, material handlers, probationary employees and apprentices as the work requires, in such numbers as the Employer shall determine to be necessary to properly execute the work the Employer has contracted for, in the manner and under the conditions specified in this Agreement.
