HIS’s obligations. (a) ID and password. HIS shall provide one unique user ID and password to each of the Subscriber Affiliates that is authorized to obtain access to the HIS service by virtue of this Agreement or another license and access agreement. The user ID and password will provide Subscriber access to all data and functions in the HIS Service to which Subscriber is entitled under the HIS Policies. HIS makes no warranties, however, that the HIS Service will be available at all times.

Related to HIS’s obligations

  • FIRM’S OBLIGATIONS 3.1 Firm shall comply with the Rules and this Agreement at all times and shall timely pay all fees established in accordance with the Rules.

The MTC or designee may direct Vendor to assign Vendor’s right, title, and interest under terminated orders or subcontracts to the MTC. Vendor must still complete the work not terminated by the notice of termination and may incur obligations as are necessary to do so.
