Holiday Benefits. ‌ a. The existing work schedule for employees on a four on/two off/five on/two off shift, provides for sixty-four (64) hours of recognized holiday benefits. Employees on this shift schedule, in lieu of other recognized holidays, shall be credited with an additional recognized holiday credit at the end of each calendar year of fifty (50) hours. Holiday credit may be taken as holiday time off or paid at the straight-time hourly rate, based on employee preference and operational needs. b.
