Common use of Holiday Differential for 24-Hour Shift Employees Clause in Contracts

Holiday Differential for 24-Hour Shift Employees. An employee assigned to a 24-hour shift schedules shall receive a differential of 5.5% of said employee’s rate during such assignment. This 5.5% differential is in lieu of days off for holidays.
