Common use of Holiday In Lieu Clause in Contracts

Holiday In Lieu. Employees who work in a unit for which the normal work schedule includes Saturdays, Sundays, and holidays shall accrue eight (8) hours holiday time every four (4) weeks in accordance with Section 8.1 of this Agreement, except that in-lieu days off shall be for a ten-hour workday.
