Holiday Observed. Part Time Employees Scheduled to Work Less Than “Part Time Employee’s Holiday Hours”: When the number of hours in a part time employee’s scheduled work day that fall on a holiday is less than the employee’s “part time employee’s holiday hours”, the employee is also entitled to receive flexible pay at the rate of 1.0 times his/her rate of pay (not including differentials) for the difference between the employee’s schedule work hours and the employee’s “part time employee’s holiday hours.”
