Common use of Holiday Overtime Clause in Contracts

Holiday Overtime. Employees who work on a holiday will be paid one and one-half (1.5) times their regular hourly rate for all hours worked in addition to idle holiday pay. This does not refer to weekend and holiday coverage (refer to Section 26.2).
