Holiday Overtime. a. Employees shall be compensated at a premium of two and one-half times their normal rate of pay (or in-lieu time off at the option of the employee), for any hours worked beyond their regularly scheduled work shift (before or after their regularly scheduled work shift), when such additional work hours occur between 0001 and 2400 on the day on which a holiday is celebrated.
