HOLIDAY PAY FOR EMPLOYEES WHO SEPARATE. 120. Employees who have established initial eligibility for floating days off and who subsequently separate from City employment, may, at the sole discretion of the appointing authority, be granted those floating day(s) off to which the separating employee was eligible and had not yet taken off.
