LEAD WORKER PAY. 172. Employees in the covered classes, when designated in writing by their supervisor or xxxxxxx as a lead worker, shall be entitled to a ten ($10.00) per day premium where required to plan, design, sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order materials, and take the lead on any job where at least three employees are assigned. 173. Employees are not eligible to receive both Lead Worker Pay and Acting Assignment Pay.
LEAD WORKER PAY. 110.124. An employee in any class covered by Local 1414, when designated by his or her the employee’s supervisor or xxxxxxx as a lead worker, shall receive a premium of $20 per day when required to sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order materials, or take the lead on a job when at least two (2) employees in the same classification are assigned to a particular job and one acts as a lead.

However, once a lead worker has executed these techniques and instructions the responsibility ends, and responsibility for work performance and evaluation rests ultimately with the supervisor.
LEAD WORKER PAY. ‌ 217. Employees in the covered classes, when approved in writing by their supervisor or xxxxxxx as a lead worker, shall be entitled to a fifteen dollars ($15.00) per day premium where required to perform any two of the following: plan, design, sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order materials, or take the lead on any job where at least two mechanics are assigned. Only one employee may be designated Lead Worker on any job. Lead positions are responsible for directing the work of the employees subject to the specific task and are not expected to perform the full range of supervisory duties or to replace a higher paid classification. 218. Employees are not eligible to receive both Lead Worker Pay and Acting Assignment Pay.
LEAD WORKER PAY. 146. Employees in non-supervisory classifications shall be entitled to a $10.00 per day premium as follows a. When designated in writing by the Appointing Officer or designee and b. When at least two non-supervisory employees in the same classification are working together and one is assigned to direct the work of the other(s) as the lead person; or c. For 3417 Gardeners and 7514 Laborers, when leading and directing an alternate work crew of at least three workers or a crew with mixed classifications composed of at least three other workers; or d. For 3417 Gardeners, when leading, directing, coaching and training at least one 3410 Gardener Apprentice in the field.
LEAD WORKER PAYEmployees in class 7377 Stage Electrician who are designated in writing by their supervisor shall be entitled to a $9.00 per day premium when required take the lead on any job when at least two stage electricians in the same classification as the lead employee are assigned to the same job. Effective July 1, 2002, the rate shall be $10 per day. Employees are not eligible to receive both Lead Worker Pay and Acting Assignment Pay.
