LEAD PERSON PAY. 197. Employees designated by their supervisor as a lead person shall be entitled to a $10.00 per day premium when required to take the lead on any job when at least three other persons are assigned to the job.
LEAD PERSON PAY. 176. Employees occupying positions designated by the Appointing Officer, or its designee, as a lead person position shall receive a Lead Person premium of one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour, payable only for days and/or hours actually worked.
LEAD PERSON PAY. 151. Employees in classification 7410 designated by their supervisor or xxxxxxx as lead person shall be entitled to Five and One-half (5½ %) Percent of their base hourly rate premium pay when required to plan, design, sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order material, take the lead on any job when at least two other persons are assigned or supervise non-departmental personnel (i.e. SWAP, G.A., etc.). For all 7410 assigned to supervise non-departmental personnel, the Department shall provide these employees with working communication equipment for proper communication and safety reasons.
LEAD PERSON PAY. Employees shall be entitled to a one dollar and fifty cents ($1.50) per hour premium if authorized in writing by the Appointing Officer or designee to be lead person, and if required and assigned by their supervisor to take the lead on any job and direct the work of at least three other employees in the same classification
LEAD PERSON PAY. Employees in classification 7410 designated, in writing, by their supervisor or xxxxxxx as lead person shall be entitled to $15.00 per day when required to take the lead on any job with at least four persons in the same classification assigned or when supervising at least three (3) non-departmental personnel (i.e. SWAP, G.A., etc.). For all 7410 assigned to supervise non- departmental personnel, the Department shall provide these employees with working communication equipment for proper communication and safety reasons.
LEAD PERSON PAY. Effective 7/1/97, Lead Pay provision shall be implemented, as follows:
5.7.9.1 Employees designated by their supervisor as lead workers shall be entitled to a ten dollar ($10.00) per day premium only in situations involving:
5.7.9.1.1 Regularly assigned to plan, design, sketch, layout detail, and estimate or order materials when said work is outside the regular job description and duties of the class.
5.7.9.1.2 When assigned to team maintenance and only when the supervisor recommends that said assignment meets the description in section 5.7.9.1.1 above.
5.7.9.1.3 notwithstanding the provisions contained herein, an employee receiving lead pay in 1996-97 and who does not meet the criteria described in section 5.7.9.1.1 and 5.7.9.1.2, above, shall continue to receive lead pay until such time as the salary range for his/her classification exceeds the 1996-97 pay level, including the lead pay premium.
LEAD PERSON PAY. 178. Employees in classification 7410 designated by their supervisor or xxxxxxx in writing as lead person shall be entitled to Five and One-half (5½ %) Percent of their base hourly rate premium pay when required to plan, design, sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order material, take the lead on any job when at least three other persons are assigned or supervise non-departmental personnel (i.e. SWAP, G.A., etc.). Supervisors and foremen shall take seniority into consideration when designating lead persons. For all 7410 assigned to supervise non-departmental personnel, the Department shall provide these employees with working communication equipment for proper communication and safety reasons.
LEAD PERSON PAY. Employees selected by the Company as a lead person will receive fifty (50) cents per hour above the minimum rate of the highest classification led.
LEAD PERSON PAY. 137. Employees in classification 7410 designated, in writing, by their supervisor or xxxxxxx as lead person shall be entitled to $10.00 per day when required to plan, design, sketch, layout, detail, estimate, order material, and take the lead on any job when at least three (3) other persons are assigned or supervise non-departmental personnel (i.e. SWAP, G.A., etc.).
