HOLIDAY/PERSONAL TIME PAYOFF. Employees when terminated, who have accumulated holiday/personal time not to exceed the limits above, shall be paid for such holiday time/personal time off provided that such pay shall be at the straight time rate. If the employee dies, their personal representative shall be paid in the same manner.
