Holiday Shift Pay. For all employees, if a work day falls on a scheduled holiday, they shall receive overtime pay or equivalent compensatory time credit (Holiday Credit) for working the holiday for the first eight (8) hours worked; or if a holiday falls on the day off of an employee, the employee shall be given straight time pay or equivalent compensatory time credit for eight (8) hours.
